Back Stitch

Back Stitch: A very useful stitch that I've used often. 

The instructions I'm following state the following. 

'Bring the thread through on the stitch line, then take a small backward stitch through the fabric. Bring the needle through again a little in front of the first stitch, take another stitch, inserting the needle at the point where it first came through'

As usual, try to keep those lengths even. Harder than you think.
